Outstanding inside linebacker for the Chippewas who played 10 years in the USFL and NFL with the Michigan Panthers, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals ... played in two Super Bowls in Buffalo and his Panthers team won the title ... still holds Chippewa record for career tackles with 443 and season tackles with 173 in 1982 ... first team all-Mid-American Conference (MAC) pick in 1981 and '82, and was the MAC's MVP award winner and its defensive "Player of the Year" in 1982 ... talented artist who has authored Darby the Dinosaur books.
