Central Michigan Athletics Student Access Passes - Central Michigan University Athletics

Central Michigan Athletics has transitioned to using digital tickets for student admission to all ticketed athletic events beginning with the current 2025-26 academic year. Admission remains free for all Central Michigan students, but students will now be required to present a digital pass upon entrance to ticketed events instead of using a CMU-issued ID.

Students are encouraged to have this pass downloaded ahead of the home football opener vs. Wagner on Saturday, Sept. 20 (1 p.m.). Student Access Passes will go live on Tuesday, Sept. 9. An e-mail will be sent to all students to ensure seamless entry into all events.

Student Access Passes will be required for ticketed event entry beginning with the 2025-26 winter sport season (men's basketball, women's basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, and track & field).

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR STUDENT ACCESS PASS

All students will receive an e-mail to access your Student Access Pass

Open the e-mail on your phone (a laptop will not work)
Click the link to your Student Access Pass
Click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet"
Click "Add" in the top right corner

Your Student Access Pass will replace your student ID for admission into ticketed CMU athletic events. Instead of showing your student ID for access, pull up your digital pass and a ticket attendant will scan it.

You are encouraged to add your Student Access Pass to your mobile in advance of the football home opener on September 20 to allow for seamless entry at the student gate. The digital pass will be required for ticketed event entry beginning with the 2025-26 winter sport season (men's and women's basketball, gymnastics, wrestling, and track & field).
