Chippewas Provide Holiday Assistance to Local Family

Central Michigan University student-athletes collected $530 to help one local family celebrate the holiday season. This year, the student-athletes coordinated their efforts with the CMU Volunteer Center and the United Way to identify a local family that needed some extra assistance.

The student-athletes purchased gifts, clothing, groceries and other household necessities for a family with three children under the age of five.
