Wyman Promoted to Assistant SID

MOUNT PLEASANT – After serving in the Central Michigan University Sports Information Department for the last six years, Rob Wyman has been promoted to assistant sports information director.
The DeWitt, Michigan, native graduated from CMU in 2005 with a degree in integrated public relations. He was a student assistant in the office for four years and an intern for the past two.
Wyman will continue to be CMU’s primary SID contact for volleyball and women’s basketball. He is the primary designer for the department’s publications.
Wyman has assisted the Michigan High School Athletic Association with media relations at various championship events the last several years and he also has worked at the Motor City Bowl and the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
