Sarah Warner is this week's CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
The junior from New Lothrup, Mich. hit .310 last week as the Chippewas posted a 3-0 record. She tallied 28 kills and 17 digs to lead CMU to wins in nine of 10 games overall.
Warner had her top performance against Buffalo with 10 kills and no errors in 17 attempts, an attacking percentage of .588. She also had a career-high four service aces against Akron.
Warner is a mathematics major with a 3.85 grade-point average.
