MOUNT PLEASANT - Senior women's basketball player Ann Skufca has been named the State Farm CMU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Week.

Skufca tallied a team-high 15 points and matched a career high with 15 rebounds in CMU's 73-61 win over Northern Illinois on Saturday. She also blocked three shots. The double-double was Skufca's second of the season. Earlier in the week, Skufca collected three points, eight rebounds, two blocks, two assists and two steals against Western Michigan.

Skufca is a senior majoring in entrepreneurship. 

Each week, State Farm will recognize one male and one female student-athlete as its CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
