Marcus Breidinger

Marcus Breidinger has been named the State Farm CMU Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week.

Breidinger placed second in the pole vault at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, clearing 16-6 3/4. His mark qualifies him for the NCAA Regionals for the second consecutive season. Breidinger was the top collegian in the pole vault at Hillsdale, finishing behind only an unattached competitor.

Breidinger is a sophomore majoring in biology. He maintains a 3.20 grade-point average.

Each week, State Farm will recognize one male and one female student-athlete as its CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
