Senior wrestler Wynn Michalak (Caro, Mich./Caro HS) is this week's CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
Michalak won all three of his matches at National Duals to improve to 17-1 on the season. He is now tied for fifth on the school's career wins list with 115 and tied for third on the career pins list with 45.
Michalak is pursuing a secondary education degree with a double major in mathematics and physical education. He maintains a 3.81 grade-point average.
Each week one student-athlete will be selected as the CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
