Andrea de la Garza is this week's CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
The freshman finished first in the all-around (39.375) against Bowling Green last weekend. She also won the vault (9.875) and beam (9.850) and finished second on bars (9.800) and floor (9.850). De la Garza was CMU's top performer on the all-around, vault, beam and floor.
De la Garza carries a 3.59 grade-point average. Her major is undeclared.
