Central Michigan soccer goalkeeper Shay Mannino (Grosse Ile, Mich./Grosse Ile HS) is this week's State Farm CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
Mannino made six saves in the Chippewas' 1-0 victory over IPFW on Friday. It was her second consecutive shutout and third in the season's first six matches.
Mannino, a sophomore, maintains a 3.82 grade-point average.
Each week, one student-athlete is selected as the State Farm CMU Scholar-Athlete of the Week.
