It is also utilized for camps and physical education courses. coaching staff, as well as a meeting room and a scorekeeper's booth. The facility utilizes HyTek's Finish Lynx timing system to ensure accuracy of results, and has permanent bleacher seating for 1,000 spectators. The eight-lane surface runs around the outside of CMU's home soccer field, located directly to the east of the CMU Field Hockey Complex and southwest of Rose Center and McGuirk Arena. most recently, the 2012 Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships were hosted at the facility. |
