The Redbird is the first of five tournaments in which the Chippewas will compete in the fall season. They are scheduled to play in the Michigan State Mary Fossum Invitational on Forest Akers West in East Lansing, Mich., on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 13-14.
From CMU Athletic Communications - MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Central Michigan will compete in its first varsity women's golf event in more than three decades this weekend when the Chippewas partake in the Redbird Invitational, hosted by Illinois State.
