MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - One of the biggest football wins in Central Michigan history and an undefeated women's soccer team are on the docket Thursday on Sideliners, presented by Fabiano Brothers.
The show, conducted live at Hunter's Ale House in Mount Pleasant, will begin at 6 p.m.
Host Don Chiodo welcomes CMU football coach John Bonamego, who on Saturday led his Chippewas a 30-27 upset of No. 22-ranked Oklahoma State, and Chippewa women's soccer coach Peter McGahey.
McGahey's team is 7-0-0 heading into a home game on Sunday against Oakland. The 7-0-0 start is tied for the best in the 19-year history of the program.
The CMU football team looks to improve to 3-0 for the first time since 2002 when it entertains UNLV on Saturday at 3 p.m. at Kelly/Shorts Stadium.
Also slated to join the show are CMU defensive coordinator Greg Colby along with linebackers Nate Ricketts and Malik Fountain as well as women's soccer team members Christen Chiesa and Kristen Knutson.
The show will be aired live on WUPS-FM 98.5.
There is no admission charge and an RSVP is not necessary. Fans arriving before 6 p.m. will have the opportunity to interact with coaching staff and student-athletes in an informal setting.
