MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. â€" Central Michigan football coach John Bonamego and women's basketball coach Sue Guevara headline Sideliners, the weekly radio show that offers listeners an inside look at Chippewa athletics.
Don Chiodo and Adam Jaksa co-host the show, which originates from Hunter's Ale House in Mount Pleasant on Thursday beginning at 6 p.m.
The show is carried live on WUPS-FM 98.5 and on the CMU Chippewas Game Day app, and is rebroadcast on Thursday at 8 p.m. on WLUN-FM 100.9
Also expected to join the show are Ben Presnell, the director of operations for the Chippewa football program, punter Jack Sheldon, place-kicker Michael Armstrong, and Cassie Breen and Tinara Moore of the women's basketball team.
The CMU football team is 5-4, 3-2 in the Mid-American Conference heading into its game at home on Wednesday night against Eastern Michigan.
The Chippewa women's basketball team, which is ranked ninth in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top-25 Preseason Poll, opens on Friday (7:30 p.m.) at home against Purdue.
