
Football, Field Hockey On Sideliners Agenda

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Football and field hockey are on the agenda Thursday for Sideliners, the weekly radio show hosted by Don Chiodo, that takes listeners inside Central Michigan athletics.
The show originates from Hunter's Ale House in Mount Pleasant beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday. The show is carried live on WUPS-FM 98.5.
Scheduled to join Chiodo this week are Central Michigan football coach John Bonamego and field hockey coach Molly Pelowski.
Also expected to join the show are assistant head coach/tight ends coach Sherrone Moore and Chippewa tight ends Tyler Conklin and Zach Crouch. Carly Brengosz and Jasmine Banks of the field hockey team is also slated to join the show.
The CMU football team opens Mid-American Conference play on Saturday (3:30 p.m.) at home against Miami (Ohio). The Chippewas are 2-1 after a 41-17 nonconference loss at Syracuse on Saturday. Miami is 1-2.
The CMU field hockey team is scheduled to play two games in Virginia this weekend, beginning with its MAC opener against Longwood on Saturday and concluding with a visit to VCU for a nonconference game on Sunday.
There is no admission charge for Sideliners, and an RSVP is not necessary. Fans arriving before 6 p.m. will have the opportunity to interact with coaching staff and student-athletes in an informal setting.
