Sideliners Airs Thursday Night

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Football and soccer are on the docket on Thursday at Sideliners, the weekly radio show that offers listeners an inside look at Central Michigan athletics.
The weekly radio show hosted by Don Chiodo originates from Hunter's Ale House in Mount Pleasant beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday. The show is carried live on WUPS-FM 98.5.
Scheduled to join Chiodo this week are Central Michigan football coach John Bonamego and soccer coach Peter McGahey. Also expected to join the show are run-game coordinator/offensive line coach Derek Frazier along with members of the football as well as McKay Matheson and Lauren Sherry of the soccer team.
The CMU football team is 2-2 and headed to Boston on Saturday to take on Boston College in a nonconference game. The Chippewa soccer team (5-4-1) has its first home Mid-American Conference weekend on hand as it entertains Akron on Friday and then Buffalo on Sunday.
There is no admission charge for Sideliners, and an RSVP is not necessary. Fans arriving before 6 p.m. will have the opportunity to interact with coaching staff and student-athletes in an informal setting.
