
Basketball and baseball on Sideliners tonight

Feb. 8, 2018 A double dose of basketball and baseball will fill the weekly live Sideliners radio show Thursday evening at Hunter's Ale House.
The show begins at 6 p.m. and is hosted by Don Chiodo on WUPS-FM 98.5 and on the CMU Chippewas Game Day app, and is rebroadcast on Thursday at 8 p.m. on WLUN-FM 100.9.
CMU women's basketball coach Sue Guevara will open the show and the team's 11-0 record in the Mid-American Conference is sure to be a hot topic. Guards Presley Hudson and Maddy Watters will join Guevara to talk CMU basketball. The Chippewas play host to Toledo on Saturday in a 1 p.m. game.
CMU men's basketball coach Keno Davis will hold down the middle portion of the show. The Chippewas have won two of their last three games and are on the road Saturday at Akron.
Baseball coach Steve Jaksa will bring senior right-handed pitcher Colton Bradley and junior catcher Evan Kratt to talk about the upcoming season. The Chippewas open action Feb. 16 in Texas and their first home game is scheduled for March 3 against Lawrence Tech. The public is welcome to drop by Hunter's Ale House to hear the show.
