DiLeo Earns All-MAC Honorable Mention

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan's David DiLeo received honorable mention on Wednesday as the Mid-American Conference released its postseason awards for men's basketball.
DiLeo, a senior from Iowa City, Iowa, led the Chippewas in scoring at 14.5 points per game and ranked third with 5.1 rebounds per game. He finished his career with a MAC-record 337 3-pointers, making 84 of 210 (40 percent) of his triple tries this season.
He ranked fourth in the MAC in total 3-pointers and 3-point field goal percentage and was fourth in free throw percentage (.875) in 2019-20.
He ranks eighth in program history with 1,604 points and is first in both 3-point makes and attempts (970). He also ranks in the top 10 in program history with an .820 career free throw percentage.
