WCMU to broadcast program examining the impact of Title IX on athletics; video to feature four Central Michigan coaching legends.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- To mark the 50th Anniversary of Title IX, WCMU Public Media will feature four legendary Central Michigan coaches- Marcy Weston, Margo Jonker, Cristy Freese, and Sue Guevara- as they discuss how the landmark law impacted athletics and society. The air date and time is scheduled for Friday, March 24 at 7 p.m.
The four legends also discuss their advice for future women athletes and coaches.
