Student-Athletes from CMU Gymnastics, Lacrosse, Women’s Golf and Wrestling make the cut for the College Sports Communicators’ annual academic and athletic honor roll
GREENWOOD, Ind. — Central Michigan University featured 10 student-athletes in College Sports Communicators' (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large release Tuesday, with representatives from Chippewa Gymnastics, Lacrosse, Women's Golf and Wrestling. CMU's 2024 CSC Academic All-District honorees below:

For all sports, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher. Each sport has a different set of competition requirements:

In gymnastics, a student-athlete must rank in the top 75 of NCAA I competition in one of the sport's four events or as an all-around competitor. In lacrosse, student-athletes must either appear in 90 percent of games or make the starting lineup in two-thirds of games. In both golf and wrestling, a student-athlete must be in their team's lineup for at least 70 percent of tournament/matches.
