The summers offer an excellent opportunity for many of our student-athletes to go home to work or for some much-needed R&R, or for to get in some extra classes.
Some of our student-athletes also spend their summers gaining hands-on experience in their respective fields through internships.
Amy sat down with three of these student-athletes — Linnea Willer (volleyball), Gabe Goosen (cross-country) and Sandy Edwards (lacrosse) — who spent their summers doing exciting internships.
