Kimbrough and Anderson share inspirational stories that have fueled a passion for mental health and how they plan to make it their life work.

It's officially time for Chippewa baseball! This week Adam stops over and chats with HC Jake Sabol before the team heads down to West Georgia to open the 2026 season. She is the reigning MAC Gymnast of the Year and now is in her final season with the program. They get into her growing up in Costa Rica and how she found Central Michigan. Luciana discusses being the first Costa Rica born gymnast to compete in the Olympics and what a special moment that was for her. The two then get up and test Adam's gymnastics ability.
