CMU Director of Athletics Amy Folan sat down with cross country and track & field student-athlete Emily Paupore and track & field head coach — and former CMU student-athlete — Jenny Swieton. Amy talks with Emily — an aspiring teacher and recent grand prize winner of the GO TEACH Dr. Pepper Giveaway — about winning in academics and athletics and making a difference along the way. Jenny shares with Amy her experience as a student-athlete turned coach and how she and her fellow coaches are changing lives every day.

In this episode, Amy chats with two students, twins Amelia and Samantha Morfe who have created their own business called Linked By Twins. Through this business, individuals can get jewelry through them, among other things. They were a partner with Central Michigan athletics and Van Wagner last year and are planning to be again this next year. Amy asks them all about starting this business and the necessary advantages Central Michigan gave them in getting this all started.
