On this episode, Adam and Coach begin the show with an update on practice. They also touch on the latest news with gyms reopening around the state, as well as high school football starting up again. Later in the show, the two are joined by local restaurant owner Jim Holton(23:48). Jim owns several restaurants around the area, including Mountain Town Station, Camille's Prime Steakhouse, Summit Smokehouse and Alma Brewing Company. Jim talks about how he got into the restaurant business, the process of opening back up safely in the midst of the pandemic, as well as what it's like to prepare meals for the Chippewa Football team.
