CMU Coaches Caravan Heads to Lansing on May 15

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Central Michigan University alumni in the Lansing area will have the opportunity to visit with a trio of head coaches when the CMU Coaches Caravan makes a visit on Thursday, May 15.
Tom Borrelli, wrestling coach, Mike DeBord, football coach, and Jay Smith, men's basketball coach, will be at Reno's West (5001 W. Saginaw Highway) from 5:30-7 p.m.
The coaches will highlight the accomplishments of the CMU athletics program, including recent appearances of the wrestling and men's basketball teams in the NCAA tournament. DeBord will preview the upcoming football season.
"This will be a great opportunity to meet a few of CMU's finest coaches and talk about their past seasons and their vision for the future," said Chris Austin, associate director of alumni relations at CMU. "We hope all of our alumni and CMU sports fans in the Lansing area will join us at Reno's West."
No registration is necessary to attend the event, which is hosted by CMU's Lansing area alumni chapter.
