- Student-athletes are consistently striving to be the best version of themselves in hopes of achieving their personal and professional goals. In order to achieve this, the student-athletes will need to enhance their aptitude in the area of personal branding, financial literacy, health and wellness, and much more. During their time at Central Michigan, the student-athletes will have the ability to do this in the following ways:
- Bridge Program:Â Features workshops that are designed to assist incoming student-athletes in their transition into Central Michigan University
- Affinity Groups:Â Formed around a shared identity or common goal to build community among members of non-dominant groups and to foster an inclusive campus environment
- Values Workshop:Â Program designed to assist student-athletes in identifying their core values and how they can utilize those day-to-day
- Financial Literacy:Â Educating student-athletes to understand financial basics and empowering them to take control of their financial status
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion:Â Efforts in order to enhance the inclusive culture for our student-athletes, coaches and staff
- Health and Well-Being:Â Supporting student-athletes in all things health and wellness to ensure overall student-athletes welfare
- Chippewa Academic and Athletic Awards (CAAA's):Â Annual award show to celebrate the accomplishments of the student-athletes
