Kyle Cousino was promoted to Operations Coordinator in July 2026, overseeing all travel and scheduling arrangements for the team. Cousino was originally brought on to Coach Bronkema's staff in July of 2025 as a Graduate Assistant.Â
Prior to his time with the current coaching group, he joined the previous Central Michigan Men’s Basketball staff in 2024 as the Team Manager after spending time as an Athletics Compliance Intern in 2023.
The Laguna Niguel, California native is a two-time graduate of Central Michigan University. He graduated cum laude in 2024 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in sport management, then completed a Master of Science degree in sport administration in 2026.
"Kyle has a bright future in operations," Coach Bronkema said. "He's proven he can impact winning on a daily basis. He makes everyone's job easier."Â
