2019 (Outdoor): During the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (05/09 – 05/11/19), placed 9th in the 1500 (4:04.16) … set a personal best in the 5000 (15:15.97) at the 53rd Annual Hillsdale “GINA” Relays (04/25 – 04/27/19) … finished 2nd and set a personal best in the 1500 (4:00.63) during the Jack Shaw Classic (04/05/19).
2019 (Indoor): Placed 14th during the MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 (02/22 – 02/23/19) … Set a personal best in the 3000 (8:47.11) during the Can-Am International (01/26/19).
2018 (XC): Set a personal best in the 10K during the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (11/09/18) … set a personal best in the 8K during the MAC Championship (10/27/18).
