2023 (Outdoor): Competed in three meets running in the 800, 1500, and 4x400… ran the Golden Grizzly T&F Invite (April 8) in 2:30.51 placing 33rd… set a personal record at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (April 29) with a time of 5:04.32 in the 1500 placing 33rd… finished in sixth place during the 4x400 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (April 21) with a time of 4:14.79.

2022-23 (Indoor): Ran in three meets participating in the 800 and the Mile… finished the 800 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11) in 2:28.82 coming in at 30th place… ran the mile in a personal record time of 5:35.93 at the SVSU-Jet’s Pizza Invitational (Jan. 27-28) placing 28th.

2022 (Cross Country): Competed in six meets … finished in 19:31.7 at the Jeff Dreth Memorial (Sept. 2) (5k) placing 23rd… ran the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Sept. 30) (6k) in a personal record time of 22:36.2 finishing in 353rd place… placed 27th at the EMU Fall Classic (Oct. 21) finishing in 19:26.8.
