2021 (Outdoor): Posted a personal-best 4429 total in the heptathlon, placing eighth, in the Mid-American Conference Championships (5/7-8) … placed fourth in the javelin with a personal best throw of 36.92 meters (121-1) at the Bob Harris Open (5/1) … finished sixth in the 100 hurdles at the Louisville Inv. (4/2-3).

2021 (Indoor): Posted a personal-best 3141 total in the pentathlon, placing 10^th, at the Mid-American Conference Championships (2/26-27) … set a personal best of 4.98 meters (16-4 ¼) in placing fourth in the long jump at the CMU Jack Skoog Inv. (2/6) … also finished third in the 4x400 relay and sixth in the 60 hurdles at the Skoog Inv. … set a personal record of 27.53 in the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open (1/23) … placed third in the high jump and fifth in the 60 hurdles during a dual with Western Michigan (1/16).

2020 (Indoor): Set a personal record with a 2,269 score in the pentathlon at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invitational (2/24-25) … set a personal record with 9.87 clocking in finishing seventh in the 60-meter hurdles and placed seventh in the shot put (7.14 meters) in a dual meet at Akron (1/17) … placed fifth in a personal-record 1:40.97 in the 600 meters at the GVSU Holiday Open (12/6) … earned Academic All-MAC honors.

2019 (Outdoor): Finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (1:08.01) at the Michigan Len Paddock Open (5/3) … placed eighth in the 400 hurdles (1:09.38) in the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Invite (4/12-13) … placed sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:08.82) in the Western Michigan Jack Shaw Classic (4/5) … set a personal best in the 400 hurdles (1:06.45) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23).
