Central Michigan volleyball coach Arielle Wilson announced the addition of Jaz Craig as an assistant to the Chippewas’ staff in January, 2026.
Craig served as an assistant coach at Bryant, where she coordinated recruiting efforts and contributed to player development, academic support, scouting, and daily program operations. She played a key role in practice planning, match preparation, team travel, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach.
Prior to her time at Bryant, Craig served as an assistant coach at St. Francis (N.Y.) College and at Mercy (N.Y.) College, working with both men’s and women’s programs.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology from Norfolk State. She earned her master’s degree in psychology from St. Francis, where her graduate research focused on student-athlete mental health.
She earned 30 Under 30 honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association and that organization's Diversity Award and is a graduate of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy programs.
