Earned All-America honors at 190-pounds in 1988 with a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Championships ... two-time Mid-American Conference champion, winning at 177 pounds in 1987 and 190 pounds in 1988 ... led the Chippewas to MAC team championships in 1986 and 1987 ... team MVP as a senior ... went 40-11 as a senior and 37-9 as a junior ... the win totals ranked second and tied for third, respectively, on CMU's single-season victory chart at the time ... recorded 24 pins as a senior and 18 as a junior which were both single-season records and still rank as No. 2 and No. 3 ... notched 64 career pins which was a school record and currently ranks second ... posted a career record of 127-46-1, and the 127 career wins ranked second at the completion of his career and currently rank fifth ... a native of Union Lake, Mich., Kinkade currently resides in Lahaina, Hawaii where he is a professional, award-winning artist ... his family includes wife Carrie and children Carleton and Liberty.
