One of the top softball players in CMU history, Lynn was a four-year letterwinner who helped the Chippewas win a MAC championship in 1982 and finish fourth in the Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW) national finals ... made the all-regional team for AIAW in 1982 ... still second in career triples (18), fourth in stolen bases (62), and fifth in batting average (.334) ... inducted into the United States Slowpitch Softball Association (USSSA) Hall of Fame in 1991.
