Baseball Posts 3-2 Win Over Ohio State

COLLEGE STATION, TX-- The Central Michigan University baseball team (11-5 overall) posted a 3-2 win over Ohio State (12-5) in the Continental Express Aggie Baseball Classic on Monday morning.
Ohio State jumped to a 2-0 lead with single runs in the second and third innings before the Chippewas scored three runs in the bottom of the third to take the lead. Senior Scott Pieratt had an RBI single and freshman Mike Galloway hit a two-run double to lead CMU to the come-from-behind victory.
Senior right-hander Dan Schell gave up three hits and two runs (one earned) in the complete-game win. With the victory, Schell improves his record to 2-0 on the year.
The Chippewas wrap up play at Texas A&M on Monday afternoon against Oregon State at 1 p.m.
