Fans who purchase their 2007 Motor City Bowl tickets through the Central Michigan University Athletics Ticket Office will receive a special ticket price for premium seats on the CMU sideline. CMU’s exclusive prices are $40 for sideline tickets ($5 savings off published ticket price), $55 for club tickets ($5 savings off published ticket price) and $35 for student sideline tickets ($10 savings and seats are located on the sideline versus the end zone). The student ticket price is offered one ticket per student ID and there will only be limited availability at this price. For phone and internet orders, there will be a $10 mailing and handling fee assessed. For walk up sales, there will only be a $5 handling fee. 1355965 Hotel CMU supporters will receive overnight accommodations for $109 per night when they request the “CMU Fan/Alumni Rate.” Reservations can be made by calling 313-568-8000 or online at marriott.com using group code cmacmaa. Tickets can be ordered at the CMU Athletic Ticket Box Office in Rose Arena, by calling 1-888-FIRE-UP2, or online at cmuchippewas.com.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m., and is open to all alumni, fans and friends. It will be held at the North Club Lounge in Ford Field.
The cost is $20 per person and includes a pregame meal, non-alcoholic beverages and a cash bar.
Tickets for the tailgate reception can be purchased at the CMU Athletic Ticket Office (1-888-FIRE-UP2) or through the CMU Alumni Association (1-800-358-6903).
