Chippewa Soccer to Hold Camp Over the Weekend

MOUNT PLEASANT - The Central Michigan University women’s soccer program will be hosting the “Chippewa Soccer Camp” on the weekend of Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21 & 22, 2008. The cost for the camp is $55 per player (lunch provided).
This team camp is open to all high school students grades nine through 12. CMU head soccer coach Tom Anagnost and assistant coach Ashleigh Carter will lead the instruction. Registered participants will be broken up into teams and instruction will take place in CMU’s Indoor Athletic Complex. Below is a rundown of the camp schedule:

Registration and training sessions will last until 11:00 p.m. in our Indoor Athletic Complex and all training will take place on turf.
Four (4) team format:
Teams 1 and 2 will train from 8:00-9:25 p.m.
Teams 3 and 4 will train from 9:30-11:00 p.m.

7:00-7:55 Optional athletic facilities tour
8:15 a.m. 1:45 p.m. Games: teams will play two games each
*Lunch will be provided during games 3 and 4
2:15-3:45 p.m. Educational Recruiting Seminar led by CMU coaches and current players
3:45-5:00 p.m. Campus Tour
