CMU Alumni & Fan Receptions
The CMU wrestling team is currently ranked 2nd in the nation and have just claimed their 10th straight Mid-American Conference Championship. With three returning All-Americans and eight returning national qualifiers, this year’s squad is in position to make a run at the ultimate goal of an NCAA National Championship.
The Chippewa Athletic Fund and CMU Alumni Association will co-host a pair of social activities surrounding the 2008 NCAA Wrestling Championships. CMU alumni, Chippewa Club members and CMU wrestling fans are encouraged to attend.
Friday, March 21st @ Lombardo’s Trattoria Restaurant
2PM 4:30PM (between session III & IV)
Features: Social atmosphere, hot appetizers, cash bar, CMU Coaching staff and athletic administrators
Saturday, March 22nd @ Hard Rock Caf
9:30PM 11:30PM (immediately following finals)
Features: CMU Wrestling team and coaching staff, social atmosphere, hot appetizers, cash bar
Cost: $30 per person and includes admission to each event
