Minnoy Leaves CMU Basketball Program

MOUNT PLEASANT Central Michigan University men’s basketball coach Ernie Zeigler has announced that Nate Minnoy has left the program.
“Nate has decided to leave the men’s basketball program for personal reasons,” Zeigler said. “We really appreciate his contributions and efforts in our program. We wish him nothing but success as he pursues his academic and athletic endeavors.”
Minnoy played in 28 games last season in his first year with the Chippewas. He started 10 times and averaged 8.8 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.
Minnoy previously played one year at Purdue (2005-06) and one season at Schoolcraft CC (2006-07).
