| Football Championship Fund Your support of the CMU football team through the Chippewa Club and now the Football Championship Fund is very important to the success of our program. The Championship Fund identifies a list of needs above and beyond our traditional operating expenditures that will assist us as we continue to be a championship-level program in the Mid-American Conference. With the combined dedication of our student-athletes, coaching staff, past letter winners and donors there is no doubt in my mind that we will continue to compete at a championship level. The objectives outlined below are specific to our championship fund needs and if fulfilled will aid in our quest of MAC championship titles along with future bowl appearances and victories! An innovative part of the CMU Championship Fund is the 1100 Club. Any individual who donates $1100 or more to the football Championship Fund during a fiscal year will become a part of this exclusive club. Currently our club is 180 members strong and it serves as a crucial part of our donation base. Funds from the 1100 Club go to not only fulfilling our championship fund initiatives but to providing us with the necessary resources to recruit talented individuals. You will find a detailed listing of our championship fund goals below. I hope that I can count on you to continue to elevate our program. Dan Enos | ||

| Current Championship Fund Initiatives Enhanced Video TechnologyUp-to-date video technology will allow our student-athletes instant access to reviewing opponents and their own performances from games and practice sessions. It will also allow the staff to immeasurably upgrade opponent analysis and put us in a position to prepare our players for ultimate game success. One-Time Cost: $50,000 Facility ImprovementWith more than $350,000 already raised toward these efforts, to date we have made the following championship-caliber improvements: • A new team room that includes seating, graphics, and projection units We have one of the best facilities in the country but additional improvements are needed to maximize recruting efforts and create an environment that illustrates the dynamic force that is CMU football. The final stage of this initiative is the addition of a new staff meeting room. The layout of our crrent space makes it very difficult for our entire staff to meet in this area. Daily Operations FundDaily operations of a Division I football program are very demanding and ever-changing. Growing this fund will allow us to keep up with this changing and competitive environment, daily helping us strive for and maintain a championship program.Cost: $100,000 |
