2011 Soccer Promotional Schedule
Friday, Aug. 18 vs. Detroit
Friday, Aug. 18 vs. Detroit
- Leadership Safari: Leadership Safari students will be given free pizza tickets for two during "Traditions Day," Wednesday, Aug. 16. The tickets will be redeemable at halftime for a large pizza.
- Maroon Across the Map: All CMU International Students are invited to be highlighted by Central's own International Athletes and coaches at halftime. Also, wear your favorite international team's jersey and receive a free CMU t-shirt!
- Chip Rewards: Soccer's first Chip Rewards point night. Come on out to the CMU Soccer Complex to earn more points! The more points you get, the more rewards you earn!
- Together We Are Maroon Weekend: Students, attend as many of the five home events between CMU Volleyball, Soccer, and Field Hockey as you can to earn prizes from CMU Athletics!
- Alumni Weekend: All Men's and Women's Soccer alumni are invited back to campus for the weekend filled with various activities and two soccer matches.
- Chip Rewards: Soccer's second Chip Rewards point night. Come on out to the CMU Soccer Complex to earn more points! The more points you get, the more rewards you earn!
Sunday, Oct. 2 vs. Kent State
- Family Funday: Community members are invited to come and spend their Sunday afternoon at the CMU Soccer Complex where discounted concessions and merchandise will be offered for all families who attend.
- Together We Are Maroon: Students, attend as many of the five home events between CMU Volleyball, Soccer, and Field Hockey as you can to earn prizes from CMU Athletics!
- Girl Scout Day: Girl Scout Troops from around Mt. Pleasant are invited to attend the game and a training session with the CMU Women's Soccer team to earn the very first CMU Soccer Patch.
- Alumni Weekend: All Men's and Women's Soccer alumni are invited back to campus for the weekend filled with various activities and two soccer matches.
Friday, Oct. 7 vs. Miami
- Maroon Out Miami: Wear your best CMU Maroon Gear to "Maroon Out" the Soccer Complex as we take on Mid-American Conference foe Miami.
- Free Volleyball Ticket: Attend the Soccer game on Friday vs. Miami and receive a voucher for free admission in the home Volleyball game the next day, Saturday, Oct. 8, as the Chippewas take on Toledo.
Sunday, Oct. 9 vs. Bowling Green
- PINK: Finish off Pink Weekend right and come help CMU Soccer support the Kick-Away Cancer Organization! Enjoy watching CMU play the Toledo in your Pink CMU gear.
Friday, Oct. 21 vs. Toledo
- Facebook Challenge: CMU Soccer is offering its first facebook challenge to its followers. The first 100 fans who RSVP on Facebook AND attend the CMU vs. Toledo match receive a prize from CMU Athletics. Visit www.facebook.com/CMUSoccer to RSVP for the event.

- Parent Appreciation Day: CMU Soccer invites all the parents and family of current CMU Soccer players to enjoy the last home game of the year. The parents will be honored at halftime.
