On Friday, June 13, 2014 all CMU sport programs will unite to host the 5th Annual Chippewa Challenge. It is the premier golf event in mid-Michigan and the only CMU Athletics golf outing of the season with a fundraising focus. The 2014 Chippewa Challenge, presented by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort and CMU Bookstore , will bring all Chippewa teams, letterwinners, alumni, friends and supporters together for a day in celebration of our Championship Culture. Event Details: Golf at Bucks Run, Pohlcat or Mount Pleasant Country Club (9:30 a.m. shotgun start) The registration fee of $175 per person or $700 per foursome features:
This signature event provides a unique opportunity for all Chippewa athletics staff and supporters to work together to support our CMU student-athletes. We invite you to join us for this extraordinary event which maintains the option for you to designate your support to the program or area of your choice. The goal for the event is to raise at least $140,000 for CMU student-athletes while providing the athletic department and partners with promotional opportunities that will continue to elevate our brand on statewide, regional and national levels.
