Baseball Game Suspended In 9th Inning

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Saturday's Central Michigan-Kent State baseball game at Theunissen Stadium was supended because of darkness.

The Chippewas lead, 13-10, with Kent State batting in the top of the ninth inning with two out. The Golden Flashes have a runner at first base and Dylan Rosa at the plate and Jordan Grosjean is on the mound for the Chippewas.

The game is scheduled to be resumed at 12:05 p.m. Sunday. Sunday's regularly scheduled game will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game.
