Jamison Earns MAC Honor

Senior had a pair of interceptions in CMU's win at BGSU.
Central Michigan senior defensive back Da'Quaun Jamison has been named the Mid-American Conference West Division Defensive Player of the Week.
Jamison collected two interceptions, six tackles and three quarterback hurries in a 38-20 win at Bowling Green. His two interceptions was double his previous career total of one.
Jamison is the second Chippewa to earn this honor as Sean Adesanya was named the defensive POTW on Sept. 23. Jonathan Ward has earned the offensive honor while Brady Buell received the special teams recognition.
Central Michigan stands at 5-3, 3-1 in the MAC heading into this weekend's game at Buffalo. The Chippewas battle the Bulls on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 3:30 p.m. The game will be shown on ESPN+
