Graduation Weekend Parking Guide

During CMU graduation ceremonies this weekend, Central Michigan Athletics will host the 2024 MAC Lacrosse Championship along with a pair of three-game series in both softball and baseball.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—CMU Athletics has announced parking options for on-campus athletic events this weekend at Central Michigan University for Friday, May 3 through Saturday, May 4. Commencement ceremonies are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at McGuirk Arena in the Kulhavi Events Center (see commencement schedule below). Please be advised that traffic is expected to be heavy around the athletic complex, on campus, and in Mount Pleasant.

2024 MAC LACROSSE CHAMPIONSHIP
On Thursday and Saturday, parking for the 2024 Mid-American Conference Women's Lacrosse Tournament will be in Lots 63 and 64. Lot 64 sits between Kelly/Shorts Stadium and the CMU Soccer/Lacrosse Complex. Lot 63 sits immediately to the south of Kelly/Shorts Stadium.
The semifinal games are set for Thursday. Central Michigan will host Detroit Mercy at 1 p.m. in the first semifinal. Robert Morris and Eastern Michigan will play in the second semifinal game at 4 p.m. The winners will meet for Saturday's title game at Noon. Admission is free for all games.
BASEBALL
CMU will host Akron for a three-game weekend baseball series at Theunissen Stadium. Attendees should park in Lot 70, north of Theunissen Stadium for all three games on Friday (3 p.m.), Saturday (1 p.m.) and Sunday (Noon). Overflow parking will be available on the grass between the gravel service road and the stadium beyond the left-field wall.
SOFTBALL
Parking for Saturday's CMU-Ball State softball doubleheader (beginning at 1 p.m.) will be available in Lots 63, 64 and Lot 75. Lots 63 and 64 are located southeast of Margo Jonker Stadium. Lot 64, which is the closer to the softball complex of the two lots, is located off Tower Drive and sits immediately west of Kelly/Shorts Stadium. Lot 75 is located near the intersection of Broomfield Road and West Campus Drive. For Sunday's Senior Day game (Noon), attendees may park in Lot 61, which is wedged between the Rose Center and Margo Jonker Stadium.
