Home Football Game Against San Diego State (Saturday, Sept. 28) to Kick Off at 3:30 p.m.

Next Saturday's football game against San Diego State at Kramer/Deromedi Field at Kelly/Shorts Stadium is scheduled to kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—The Central Michigan-San Diego State football game scheduled for Saturday, September 28 at Kramer/Deromedi Field at Kelly/Shorts Stadium is scheduled to kickoff at 3:30 p.m., the Mid-American Conference announced on Monday afternoon. The game will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network.
On Saturday, Sept. 28 vs. San Diego State, Central Michigan will host CMU & You Day/Family & Friends Weekend, and Band Day. CMU & You Day will take place on the Central Michigan University campus, with participants and their families invited to attend the football game. CMU students are encouraged to invite their families to campus for Family & Friends Weekend, organized by Family Central, where they can take advantage of a special ticket bundle, a $25 Family & Friends bundle that includes a general admission ticket and food voucher for hot dog, popcorn, and drink. The CMU School of Music will also present its 70th annual Band Day halftime performance, featuring high school bands from across the state of Michigan. A variety of awards will be announced during the game including two prestigious CMU Athletics awards: Boyden and Enberg Awards, along with the National Alumni Awards & Alumni Association 10 Within 10 award and halftime Family of the Year recognition. Pompoms will be distributed at the doors, along with "Beat San Diego State" buttons. On Friday evening prior to game day, the CMU Alumni Awards ceremony will be held.
Tickets are still available at this link or at Ticket Central, located in the atrium of the John G. Kulhavi Events Center on campus. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The office may be contacted at (989) 774-3045.
The Chippewas (1-2, 0-0 MAC) will host Ball State (1-1, 0-0 MAC) for their Mid-American Conference opener on Saturday at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
