Softball to Host Miami (OH) This Weekend Due to Weather

The games against Miami (OH) will be shifted to Mount Pleasant on Saturday and Sunday.
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan was slated to head to Oxford, Ohio for a three-game MAC slate between the RedHawks and the Chippewas.
Due to incoming weather, Miami (OH) will now travel to Mount Pleasant for a double header at 1 p.m. on Saturday the 4th and a single game at noon on Sunday.
In the last two conference series, the Chippewas have had games canceled. Game three against both Akron and Buffalo.
The Chippewas hosted Miami (OH) last season at Margo Jonker Stadium, and CMU was victorious in the final game of the series, 9-5 which snapped the longest winning streak in Division 1 at the time, held by the RedHawks.
