
Three CMU Wrestlers Named a Scholar All-American

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Three Central Michigan wrestlers have been named a Scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association.
CMU's Luke Cochran, Alex Cramer and Sean Spidle were named to the squad, which goes to collegiate wrestlers who meet one of these criteria: a top eight finish in the NCAA Championships along with a 3.00 grade point average; an NCAA Championships qualifier and a 3.20 GPA; a 3.50 GPA and participation in a conference championship tournament; a 3.50 GPA and a win percentage of 60 or better.
It marks the third consecutive year that Cramer and Spidle have earned the prestigious honor.
