Knowlton Named to All-MAC Defensive Team

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan's Zach Knowlton was named to the Mid-American Conference Defensive Team for baseball.
Knowlton, a junior center fielder from Olathe, Kan., posted a .995 fielding percentage with four assists. He handled 190 chances with 185 putouts and committed just one error.
At the plate, Knowlton hit .276 with seven doubles, one home run, 23 RBI, and 30 runs.
He also had 15 stolen bases on 19 attempts and six sacrifice bunts. He ranked in the top 10 in the MAC in all three categories.
