MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. β Central Michigan's Mason Shrader is seeded No. 1 at 157 pounds for the Mid-American Conference Wrestling Championships which are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, March 6-7, at Alumni Arena in Buffalo, N.Y.

Shrader is the only Chippewa who is seeded No. 1. The Chippewas' Bryan Caves is seeded No. 2 at 285 pounds, while two other CMU wrestlers, Archer Anderson (125) and Chandler Amaker (165), are seeded fourth.

CMU's Luke Cochran is the No. 5 seed at 197 pounds, Wyatt Ferguson is seventh at 184, and Andrew Austin (133) and Nick Blackburn (141) are both seeded eighth.
