Andrus, Hunter Earn Academic All-MAC Honors

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan's Keith Hunter and Jeffrey Andrus Jr. have earned Academic All-Mid-American Conference honors for the 2025-26 season.
The MAC announced the 31-member team on Thursday. To be eligible, a student-athlete must carry a 3.20 or better grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of his team's events. Freshmen and first-year transfers are ineligible.
Hunter is a senior co-captain from New Hamburg, Ont., who carries a 3.30 GPA with a major in marketing: professional sales concentration.
Andrus is a senior from Clawson who carries a 3.36 GPA with a major in finance. It marks the third consecutive season that he has earned Academic All-MAC honors.
